By accessing or using CyberoxLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
CyberoxLab provides Shopify section and template installation services, bulk tools, and related features on a subscription basis. Free and paid tiers are available with different usage limits.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are liable for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use CyberoxLab to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any harmful activities.
6. Plan Limits & Fair Use
Each plan includes defined daily usage limits. Excessive API abuse or attempts to circumvent limits will result in account suspension. Agency plans are intended for legitimate agency operations only.
7. Intellectual Property
All section code, templates, and platform features are the intellectual property of CyberoxSolutions.com. You may use installed sections in your Shopify stores but may not resell or redistribute our code.
8. Limitation of Liability
CyberoxLab and CyberoxSolutions.com are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international e-commerce laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
