Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost. No refunds are applicable.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers on Pro and Agency plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription payment. To request a refund, email info@cyberoxlab.com within 7 days with your account email and payment details.

Monthly Renewals

Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before renewal, please do so from your dashboard billing page before your renewal date.

Manual Payment Methods

For payments via Easypaisa, Sadapay, NayaPay, or Bank Transfer, refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after approval.

Stripe & PayPal Refunds

Approved refunds for Stripe and PayPal payments are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service, or for subscription periods where the service was actively used.
